Hasbrouck Heights, NJ - September 5, 2003 - PaperClip Incorporated., a leading developer of Integrated Document Management and Internet Based Secure Document Delivery Solutions announced today that they have signed a multi year contract with Leader Mortgage Company, the largest FHA mortgage lender in Kansas.
Leader will install PaperClip32 Integrated Document Management solution and MIPP, a mortgage specific add-on module to manage the tremendous amounts of paper-based documents processed daily. In addition, Leader will use PaperClip Internet Express to securely deliver documents to their trading partners. Together MIPP and IE will facilitate paperless mortgage processing and secure document exchange from origination to the secondary market and further automate and enhance their entire business process while meeting the requirements of the FTC Safeguards Rule.
According to AW Pickel, President of Leader, and "PaperClip's MIPP and Internet Express offering will enable Leader to add paperless mortgage processing to our existing Calyx PointTM Loan Origination Software. As a mortgage lender, 80% of our documents arrive electronically either via fax or email. With the PaperClip solution we can now electronically manage and secure our vast amounts of valuable information, no matter their origin. This will dramatically improve our ability to access, share, and exchange documents throughout our organization and with our lenders and service providers. We expect the integration and deployment of these solutions produce efficiencies throughout our overall business process and improve our levels of customer service."
