Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, October 22, 2001 - PaperClip Incorporated, Inc., announced today it is shipping its new integration toolkit called PaperClip ClipIt. PaperClip ClipIt provides corporations, integrators and independent software developers a new way to integrate with DOS, Windows and Green Screen legacy applications without programming.
PaperClip ClipIt is a toolkit based on its unique and award-winning technology called “Visual Context Processor” (VCP), technology used in the PaperClip32 document management system. ClipIt is an application and software toolkit that allows the seamless integration of two or more application software packages or systems eliminating source application integration. VCP is a transparent technology that allows applications to share meaningful data to create “links” between themselves. The premise here is that it is the actual data that is important in establishing a link and not a programmed interface. Programs mature and change but the data remains (e.g.; A person’s name, social security number, etc.). PaperClip ClipIt provides application developers an independence from programmed interfaces thus being able to provide integrated solutions with applications where in some cases not otherwise possible.
