Hasbrouck Heights, NJ November 1, 1999 - PaperClip Incorporated, Inc., announced today a new subscription plan called PaperClip Internet Express 800 (IE800) for volume centric subscribers. The new plan will be the catalyst to the next surge of IE growth enabling volume centric subscribers to pay for their trading partners' traffic with significant discounts. The IE800 subscription plan divided into 5 levels provides 45% to 70% off the standard rate.

PaperClip Internet Express (IE) is an Internet based electronic document package delivery service. IE utilizes the open standard Electronic Document eXchange v2.0 for packaging electronic objects (i.e., images, word processing, EDI) with their respective metadata. These EDX packages are then managed by the IE Virtual Private Network and IE Server Software for safe and reliable transport to their ultimate destination. IE provides a versatile "business to business/electronic commerce" solution with a dramatic reduction in processing time and cost. PaperClip Internet Express is a unique service making sufficient use of the Internet while creating interpretability for Integrated Document Management solutions.
Internet Express is available as a subscription service worldwide. The fee starts at 25 cents for the first 50 kilobytes and declines on size of EDX packages. The IE Service has a minimum $75 monthly fee that is credited by user transactions. The IE800 level 1 plan starts at a gigabyte commitment for $0.138 rate per 50 kilobytes; Level 2 - 2 gigabytes for $0.122 per 50 kilobytes; Level 3 - 3 gigabytes for $0.106 per 50 kilobytes; Level 4 - 4 gigabytes $0.09 per 50 kilobytes; and Level 5 - 5 gigabytes for $0.074 per 50 kilobytes. PaperClip also offers a free IE "Receive Only" client . For those clients who only need to view an EDX package, w free EDX viewer is available for download from the PaperClip website. Additional discounts are provided based on the IE plan subscribed. Subscribers can also deploy PaperClip32 IDM software for just the cost of its annual technology assurance. The IE-Translator is a one-time charge of $2,500 plus Technology Assurance.
