PaperClip32 Workflow is an add-on module to PaperClip32 which equips users with a workflow application that manages users, stages, products, documents, alerts and reports. PaperClip32 Workflow manages document requirements and performs several workflow features to include rendezvous, sign-offs, flow reports, alerts, data-feed integration, and process audits.
With PaperClip32 Workflow, companies and their partners can manage all electronic files from a single repository that all permitted users can search, retrieve, and more. All involved parties can manage and approve documents from a single, password-accessible interface, without the need to route documentation.
PaperClip32 Workflow clearly illustrates the status of new business document processing. New business folders are displayed to authorized users and are color coded to reflect processing time faults.
PaperClip32 folders and documents can be easily viewed, and reports and pie charts can be quickly produced for printing and distribution purposes.
