Barcode

PaperClip32’s Barcode add-on module enables documents to be automatically and accurately filed without any manual intervention. By using barcode cover sheets and document type separator sheets, users benefit from auto capture and indexing of documents.

It’s easy. To create a barcode cover sheet, users simply hit a keyboard “hot-key” which reads the indexing values from the relevant business application. A barcode cover sheet is then created. The program reads the barcode cover sheet and auto indexes attached pages into PaperClip32.

This process removes the need for manual indexing and provides the capability for remote processing via fax or PaperClip’s DECS solution with no programming.
