Secure Hosting

PaperClip's Secure Hosting service empowers users to electronically transmit documents securely over the Internet to a third party, without requiring recipients to download documents. Secure Hosting enables users to provide third parties secure access to large document files.

Secure document delivery - the easy way
With Secure Hosting, users upload selected documents to the Secure eXchange Secure Hosting server. The intended recipient is e-mailed a link, which leads to a password-protected web page that enables the recipient to view the submitted documents from PaperClip's hosting server. Recipients do not need to own or download software to view the documents.

Secure Hosting will notify the sender once the documents have been viewed. If the documents are not viewed within 36 hours, a second notice is sent to the intended recipient. A third and final notice is sent within 72 hours if the documents have not been viewed. After five days, the metadata is rolled into he history file for future inquiry, and the documents are purged from the delivery system.
